Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Linea Zero. We’re here to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please review our return policy for details and conditions.

1. Return Terms

  • Return Period: You can return your products within 14 days from the delivery date and have an additional 14 days to complete the shipment.
  • Product Condition: Items must be returned in original condition, free from any signs of wear, scratches, or damage. All packaging and box contents (manuals, accessories, etc.) must also be included and intact.

2. Return Process

  • Return Request: Email our Customer Service team at commerciale@lineazero.it with your order number and reason for return. We will send you instructions to proceed.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Quality Check: Once received, our Quality Control team will review the returned item within 7 business days.

3. Refunds

  • Issuing Refunds: If the item meets return requirements, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 7 business days of quality approval.
  • Damage or Defects: If items show signs of wear, scratches, or parts are missing, a deduction will be applied based on the damage.

4. Orders with Free Shipping

If your order qualified for free shipping with multiple items and you choose to return part of the order, initial shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as personalized or limited edition products, may not be eligible for return. Please check product details for eligibility.
